  • At high speed processing, in order to acquire stable precision, sufficient bed intensity was strengthened. Also, through impact analysis by weight of structures, transformation was minimized throughout the mechanical structure. Thermal symmetry structure was adopted as measures against thermal displacement in the design phase to produce it as a safe mechanical structure suitable to high speed processing. By adopting roller guide methods for high speed / high power cutting, both speed and intensity can be satisfied. The ball screw of each axis are flexible couplings that prevent damages to the ball screw due to impact by the table or structure, while it is directly connected to the servo motor to remove backlash or servo lag. Also, appropriate pre-load is placed on the angular thrust bearing on both sides of the ball screw to minimize heating, making it possible for high precision, high speed transport for each axis.
